Medium Area Floor Warming Kits 15 to 110 sq. ft.

Floorizwarm with Tuff Cable
Heatizon Systems presents its Floorizwarm AC models as a solution for floor warming and space heating needs in areas of 15 to 110 square feet. These systems will produce between 10 and 15 watts per square foot and utilize Tuff Cable technology which is installed in the thin set or mud bed below hard surfaces. These kits include and M337 programmable floor sensing thermostat, Transformer, Control Unit, Tuff Cable and 40 total feet of Cold Lead. Floorizwarm is listed by ETL to UL standards.

SLC500 with ZMesh
The SLC 500 ZMesh series by heatizon is designed for floor warming in areas under 104 square feet. These kits will produce 8 to 14 watts per square foot with a 2" spacing between runds of ZMesh. ZMesh is designed to go under all floor coverings including hardwood, carpet, tile and stone. These kits include an M321RS programmable in-floor sensing thermostat, Transformer, Control Box, ZMesh and 30' of Cold Lead.

Heatizon's UL listed Heatwave mat is a simple and effective radiant heating system designed to cover small areas. Heatwave's double cable technology has just one Cold Lead, making it much easier to install than other line voltage products. With mat widths varying between 12", 18" and 36" widths, it is easy to find the size that is perfect for your bathroom, kitchen, or other application. In addition, the Heatwave cable is attached to a flexible fabric mesh that is easy to cut and twist for those hard to reach areas. Finally, Heatwave utilizes a self adhering component that allows you to attach the flexible fabric mesh to your sub floor in seconds! Kits include and M337G Programmable Thermostat and 13' of Cold Lead.

Snow Melting Kits
For snow melting on driveways, walkways and stairs, Heatizon relies on the strength of its Tuff Cable. Tuff Cable can be installed in normal snow melt applications like new pour concrete, asphalt and pavers. In addition its low voltage technology allows it to be retrofitted into existing concrete and asphalt driveways, sidewalks, parking lots ect. These snow melting systems can produce up to 23 watts per square foot if the cable is spaced on 6 inch centers or up to 34.5 watts per square foot on 4 inch centers. The kits below demonstrate the total square footage at both 4 and 6 inch spacing. All kits with 3 zones or more are required to have an M329 selector box which is included where needed. Each kit includes an M325D 12 hour timer, Control Unit, Transformer, Tuff Cable, and a Rough-In Kit with 50' of Cold Lead.

Roof Deicing

Roof Deicing Systems with ZMesh
ZMesh may be installed under and non conductive shingle and can be screwed, stapled or nailed through provided the nails, staples or screws do not come in contact with anything electrically conductive. Proper installation requires that ZMesh be completely covered with ice and water shield or other acceptable waterproof material. Kits include a 12 Hour Timer, M326ARS Temperature Moisture sensor, Transformer, Control Unit, 9" ZMesh, and Rough-in Kit with 50' of Cold Lead.

Patented Heat Sink Kits with Tuff Cable
The Tuff cable Heat Sink kits for roof deicing are designed to be installed under metal roofing, valley metal, and flashing. These systems can produce up to 23 watts per square foot on 6 inch spacing, and are invisible to the eye, leaving a clean architectural appearance. The kits below include a 12 Hour Timer, Gutter or Air Sensing Temperature and Moisture sensor, Transformer, Control Unit, Tuff Cable, Heat Sink and a Rough-in Kit with 50' of Cold Lead. Heatizon Radiant Trak portable snow and ice melting products can provide a convenient and effective solution to snow and ice accumulation for walkways, driveways, stairs, loading docks, handicap ramps and many other surfaces. Mats have a 15 ft. power lead, and either plug directly into a standard 120V or 240V outlet, or can ben hardwired into an electrical junction box.
