BASEMENTS
Heatizon Systems heating elements, ZMesh and Tuff Cable, are both simple to install. Unlike hydronic tubing which can raise the level of the basement subfloor by four inches or more, Heatizon heating elements are thin, flexible and extremely accommodating, requiring very
little or no floor buildup to install under the floor covering.

Heatizon products are a perfect match for a basement when a homeowner wants to avoid complicated and often messy looking ducting and framing for forced air systems.

ROOF DEICING AND SNOW MELT
Heatizon’s Radiant Roof Snow Melt and Deicing system is installed under the roof covering for aesthetically pleasing and permanent solutions to winter weather. Heatizon Systems products go under the roof covering material rather than on top of it. Now, there is no need to pierce the roof covering to install anchors or clips to eliminate icicles, ice dams, and snow build up. Heatizon Systems patented versatile roof deicing systems can be installed under any roof covering material including metal, composite and asphalt, fiberglass, membrane, shake and others.

SNOW MELTING
Eliminate chemicals, shovels and snow plows by installing a Heatizon Snow Melting System in driveways, walkways, stairs, and ramps. Because they are designed to be fully automated, they can be programmed to turn on automatically

when snow is falling, and turn off when the surface is dry.


RETROFIT Heatizon products can be retrofit into existing concrete or asphalt for snow melting solutions, or it can be retrofit into joist spaces in an unfinished area to gently warm the floor above it.
