ZMesh can be nailed and staple into during installation and when shingles are applied.

Systems activate, with a temperature and mositure sensor, when a snow storm starts and only run when they are needed, using minimal energy to clear the roof.
Roof overhangs are colder than the roof above the inside structure causing a freeze thaw cycle at the eave that can lead to ice dams and dangerous icicles.
It is important to keep valleys clear for drainage and also to prevent the freeze thaw cycle from occurring in them.
