While the majority of floor heating products are "in-floor" radiant heating systems, they have to go in before the floor installation. A radiant heating system can't claim to be safe, efficient, or reliable unless there is a way to monitor it 24/7. Because the conditions within a home are not perfectly consistent, Heatizon has developed computerized control systems that dynamically monitor the radiant heating element.

ZMesh can be retrofit in the floor joists to provide radiant heat as an afterthought.
ZMesh is stapled the wood slats between floor joists and insulation is placed over the top to make sure heat is transfered up to the floor surface.
To migrate to another joist space, ZMesh is folded over the joist and fastened to it.
ZMesh is an effective way to heat in a retrofit application.
