How a radiant panel heating works
WarmWallz panels heat a space differently than forced-air systems. Radiant energy emitted from the panel travels through the air largely unabsorbed until it strikes a solid surface — approximately 85% of that energy is absorbed directly by walls, furniture, and floors, raising their surface temperature. The warmed objects then radiate heat into the room and transfer additional heat to the surrounding air by convection. This produces even, comfortable warmth throughout the space without the drafts or temperature stratification common with forced-air heating.
